If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The ring must be unworn and unused
- It must be in its original condition
- It must be returned with all original packaging, including the ring box and IGI certificate

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Luvionne is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The ring shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- The item has been resized or modified after delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different ring, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

If your ring arrives:

- Defective
