60-Day Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The ring must be unworn and unused
  • It must be in its original condition
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, including the ring box and IGI certificate

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

Luvionne is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The ring shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • The item has been resized or modified after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different ring, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your ring arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luvionnejewelry.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
