Once your order is placed, your ring enters production — including stone setting, polishing, and final quality inspection.

Production time:
10–15 business days

This ensures your ring is made to the highest standard — not pulled from inventory.


Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order is shipped via a fully insured and trackable service.

Estimated delivery time:
2–5 business days (U.S.)

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Luvionne is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages
